Storage tank with storage of 52,000 m3 of liquid fertilizer, Denmark. Client: Dangødning A/S

Total contract for supply of new tank farm for storage of 52,000 m3 of liquid fertilizer incl. design, regulatory processing, and environmental management.

The tank farm is 11,000 m2 with 2.1 high concrete walls around the entire tank layer to protect against leaks. The tank farm is constructed with membrane and finished with asphalt.

The tank foundations consist of piles with an associated concrete bottom finished with asphalt.

The tank farm consists of 6 tanks, 4 of 10,000 m3 (Ø28.5 m x 16 m shell height) and 2 of 6,000 m3 (Ø21.9 x 16 m shell height). The tanks are designed for an increased product weight of 1.35 - 1.45 kg/m3. 

Furthermore, the pipe installations and stainless steel pump station as well as port piping for product delivery have been carried out.
